Delete your EyeSpy account.

Account deletion is built into the app. It permanently removes the EyeSpy account and associated EyeSpy data unless retention is legally required.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Sign in to EyeSpy.
  2. On a subscription screen, select “Manage account,” or open Settings after entering the app.
  3. Select “Delete account.”
  4. Confirm the warning.
  5. Reauthenticate with Apple if requested.
  6. Confirm permanent deletion.
Deleting your EyeSpy account does not cancel an active App Store subscription.

Apple manages billing separately. Cancel through Apple before renewal if you no longer want the subscription.

What deletion removes

EyeSpy’s deletion workflow removes your EyeSpy account and associated application data, including notification installations and account-linked watchlist data, subject to technical completion and any retention required by law. RevenueCat event records are scrubbed of the account identifier as part of the backend deletion workflow.

Apple, RevenueCat or an authentication provider may retain subscription, transaction, fraud-prevention or account records independently under their own policies and legal obligations.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@geteyespy.com from the address associated with your EyeSpy account. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
